Product Description

This series of fully hydraulic core drilling rigs is a new type of drilling equipment independently developed by our company based on the integration of advanced technologies of similar drilling equipment at home and abroad. The fully hydraulic core drilling rig adopts full hydraulic drive, and the rotation of the power head is driven by an axial piston pump and an inclined axis piston motor. It has mechanical dual-speed and stepless speed regulation functions and excellent structure. The power head adopts a combination of feed mechanism and cylinder chain speed regulation, and the movement is stable and reliable. The power head is equipped with a lateral walking mechanism, and the drilling mast adopts a cylinder lifting and sliding system, which can drill holes within the range of 45° to 90°. The hydraulic system is load-sensitively controlled, with high working efficiency and large torque. The fully hydraulic core drilling rig is equipped with hydraulic wooden clamps, hydraulic leveling legs, telescopic masts and other devices for easy and quick positioning. Equipped with a wireless remote control, it is suitable for various terrains and can control the progress of the drilling rig within a safe distance to avoid sudden dangers.
